Probe CX snares national growth award to reinforce status as leading Australian company

MELBOURNE, Australia – 18 October 2021 – Probe CX’s ability to record significant growth despite the pressures of the COVID-19 pandemic has received national recognition at the 2021 Australian Growth Company Awards.

In a highly competitive field, the industry leader was named Business Services Growth Company of the Year ahead of fellow finalists Home Delivery Service, MAAS Group and Position Partners.

Judges were impressed by Probe CX’s “great Australian success story” and highlighted the company’s 16,500-plus global team members, more than 600 customers across 13 countries and the fact 75% of its revenue stems from digital services.

The award comes hot on the heels of Probe CX being included in the top 100 Australian private companies, soaring more than 100 positions from 212th to No 94 during the past 12 months.

Probe CX Chief Executive Officer Andrew Hume said the dual honours were a credit to the hard work of the company’s staff during a period of global instability.

“Since those challenging early days of the pandemic, we have not only survived but thrived to emerge with our reputation for excellence stronger than ever,” he said.

“Our goal is to ‘do it better’ and through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, we find ourselves in a position where we are helping more partners than ever to build and grow their businesses.”

“I’m incredibly proud that we have been able to support so many brands to navigate the challenges of COVID-19 and it is a thrill to be handed a public honour such as the Australian Growth Company Award.

“Any growth we have is fuelled by the growth of our partners and we look forward to working with them to continue to achieve such success.”

Launched in 2012, the Australian Growth Company Awards celebrate excellence and recognise companies that demonstrate high rates of sustainable growth, innovation, integrity and contribution to the community.

In announcing Probe CX’s win, Grant Thornton Partner Paul Gooley said: “This was a hotly contested category with participants demonstrating great resilience during the COVID period and, in many respects, taking advantage of new market opportunities as they have arisen.”

Australian Growth Company Awards Chairman Nick Humphrey added: “A pandemic is not going to stop us from recognising the extraordinary resilience and success that our finalists have achieved in the most trying of circumstances and the exceptional dedication and resolve of the management teams that have delivered these results.”

Probe CX’s stunning rise in the IBISWorld Top 500 Private Companies has seen the organisation join the likes of Hancock Prospecting (1st), Visy (2nd) and United Petroleum Australia (3rd) in achieving exceptional annual revenues.

Probe CX is an award-winning customer experience organisation that designs and deploys solutions to bolster its clients’ reputations, objectives, stakeholders and bottom lines.

With more than 16,500 staff across four countries, the company delivers exceptional customer experiences through its deep knowledge and capabilities in Contact Centre and Customer Management, CX Consulting, Intelligent Automation and Analytics.

Founded more than 40 years ago, Probe CX has strategically chosen sites across the Pacific, Asia and North America and is among the most awarded providers in the industry, including the honour of being named Frost & Sullivan’s Contact Centre Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year for the past nine years (2012-2020).
