From our early roots in Australia, we have expanded our reach globally, leveraging technology and a talented workforce to transform how organisations interact with their customers.

1979

The founding of Probe CX

The launch of Probe CX in 1979 as a true customer experience brand, marked the beginning of a journey dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

1980s

Early growth and diversification

Probe CX grew to 300 employees, expanding its service offerings to include collections, field services, insurance assessments and contact centre services.

1990s

Strategic partnerships and ventures

The 1990s marked a period of strategic partnerships, including a divestiture to Chubb, growing Probe CX to 500 employees. This decade also saw the launch of a new Security Division, demonstrating a commitment to exploring new avenues for growth.

2000s

Global expansion begins

The 2000s witnessed significant growth. Key milestones included the acquisition of Chubb shares, the divestment of ING Equity and the launch of operations in the Philippines, growing our headcount to 1,000.

2010s

Broader market entry

In the 2010s, we entered the business process outsourcing (BPO) market with further workforce expansion across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. By acquiring Salmat and Convai, we significantly expanded our contact centre capabilities and grew to 4,000 employees.

2020

Acquisition of Beepo

Beepo, an Australian outsourcing company based in the Philippines was acquired, further strengthened our talent acquisition offering in 2020, in addition to acquiring global outsourcing firm, MicroSourcing, joining Probe CX and expanding the Probe Group family.

2021

Navigating the pandemic

In 2021, Probe CX demonstrated its resilience by providing exceptional customer  experience support to clients navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

2022

Growth through acquisition

In 2022, as part of Probe Group, Probe CX was acquired by KKR, a leading global
investment firm, signaling a new era of growth and expansion.

2025 and beyond

Shaping the future of CX

Today, Probe CX employs 9,500 people globally, delivering a comprehensive suite of end-to-end service offerings, including CX strategy and digital transformation solutions.

Sanj is a results-oriented leader with a clear strategic vision for Probe Group. He previously served as the Group’s CFO for nine years and brings expertise in financial and change management, leveraging fiscal results to inform decision-making. He is credited with leading exponential growth during his tenure and was responsible for leading the acquisition of Salmat, Convai, Beepo and MicroSourcing. With 20 years of BPO experience behind him, Sanj continues to drive innovation and excellence in customer experience.

Aziziye is a transformational leader who brings over 25 years of experience in CX for large, complex organisations. As Chief Customer Officer, she is a dedicated and passionate customer advocate. Her primary objective is enabling frontline teams to excel while shaping a high-performing workplace where employees can thrive. She leads transformative change within customer contact and digital operations across multiple regions and languages, in addition to spearheading digital transformation initiatives for Probe CX clients.

Rohan has dedicated himself to enabling clients’ digital transformation for over 15 years and thrives on using technology to empower people. He was responsible for leading the end-to-end M&A of five new businesses with Probe Group, and has led teams across areas including project management, service desk, and commercial and relationship management. His commitment to large-scale IT transformation and CX best practice in client projects saw Rohan recognised as one of the Top 50 CIOs in Australia, both in 2024 and 2025.

His efforts have improved brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition and retention through insight-led programs, solidifying Probe CX’s position as an industry leader. David previously held senior leadership positions at HSBC, NAB, ANZ and Oracle.

As Group General Counsel & Head of ESG, her deep knowledge of commercial law, compliance, and risk management protects the company’s interests. She has extensive experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements, as well as advising on compliance and employment law matters. Jo’s reputation has been recognised over many years, being named Australasian Lawyer Elite Women 2025 Winner along with Australasian Lawyer’s In-House Leaders List in 2022 and In-House Counsel of the Year at the Women in Law Awards in 2020.
