Probe Group’s Clean Water Project wins three OIR Awards
We are proud to announce that our Solar Powered Clean Water Project has earned three honors at the Outsourcing Impact Review (OIR) 2025. Presented by Outsource Accelerator, the project was awarded gold in the Community Building and Education categories and bronze in the Health and Wellness category.
The OIR recognises business-led projects that solve critical community issues and celebrates organisations in the global outsourcing sector that achieve real social and business change. This year, our solar-powered initiative stood out among a record number of entries in the Medium company category.
Bringing clean water to Tingloy
Probe Group started this project in partnership with the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) to address water scarcity in Tingloy, Batangas. Together, we set up seven solar-powered taps that provide clean water to San Juan Elementary School, the local medical clinic and a community chapel. Local leaders were also trained to co-manage and operate the infrastructure to ensure its long-term sustainability.

Community impact
The project now provides a reliable water source for 550 people in Tingloy, including 140 students and eight teachers.
The OIR 2025 Report summarised the impact of the project:

ESGBusiness Awards 2025
Our clean water initiative was also successful at the ESGBusiness Awards 2025. We won in both the Sustainable Infrastructure and Sustainable Water Management categories.
