An exceptional force: How Probe CX volunteers are creating positive change
Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments are more than just a framework, they are actionable promises to foster sustainable, ethical and world-class operations that benefit the communities in which we operate and the planet. We believe that every single interaction is an opportunity to create positive change and that it is our people that breathe life into this vision.
Our exceptional employees are more than just a part of our ESG strategy; they are the heartbeat of our community impact. From volunteering their skills, time and fundraising for exceptional causes, team Probe left a lasting impact on our communities in 2025.
$6.2 million raised for My Room Children’s Cancer Charity
Our Australian volunteers have demonstrated that consistent action is the most powerful tool for change. Perhaps the best example of this collective effort is our annual work for My Room Children’s Cancer Charity.
In 2025, for the sixth year running, one hundred Probe CX volunteers from across the country supported the My Room annual telethon. Together, they managed more than 1,100 calls, contributing to a record-breaking $6.2 million raised.
Access to safe and clean potable water for Tingloy
In the Philippines, our partnership with the island municipality of Tingloy is a story of long-term commitment. What began as support for the Brigada Eskwela school maintenance programme has evolved into a transformative partnership, supported by Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP).
Our team worked hand-in-hand with local leaders and PBSP to deliver the Solar-Powered Clean Water Project. Inaugurated in June 2025, seven solar-powered taps are now delivering potable water to the community, the local medical clinic and San Juan Elementary School.
This initiative’s success was celebrated at the Outsourcing Impact Review 2025 and the ESGBusiness Awards, wins that belong to every team member who championed this cause.
The commitment to Tingloy continues to grow. Volunteers from across our Philippines sites recently collected more than 1,100 books to support the municipality in creating a new community library, which is scheduled to open early this year.
1,500 “Power Packs” packed for kids in need
In Maroochydore, our team has shown that consistency is key. By contributing monthly to the Inclusive Kids’ Fuel for School initiative, they packed 1,500 "Power Packs" last year alone, ensuring local children have the nutrition they need to succeed. Similar groups of volunteers across Australia are also giving their time and talent to drive positive change in their local areas.
The spirit of service is equally vibrant in Manila, where our volunteers have organised under the Community Impact Initiative. This dedicated programme is committed to uplifting a chosen community in need every single quarter, ensuring our support is both consistent and meaningful.
In one of their most notable activities last year, our Manila team visited the Sisters of Mary of Banneux in Silang, Cavite. Responding directly to the school’s needs, our volunteers donated 500 Eco-Bags for incoming Grade 7 students. As these students reside in on-site dormitories, these bags serve as essential kits for safekeeping their clothes and personal belongings throughout the school year.
