On 14 May 2026, Probe Group and the Department of Transport and Planning was proudly recognised with the Partnership of the Year Award at the ISG Paragon Awards.
The award was presented to the Probe CX and Convai teams during a gala event at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. It recognised the exceptional collaboration between Probe CX, Convai and the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP). This partnership was celebrated for its seamless integration of technology and human-centric service to deliver significant business impact and enhanced citizen experiences.
