Rowena Powell appointed as Chief Growth Officer – Government
Probe CX, a leading customer experience solutions provider, has appointed Rowena Powell as Chief Growth Officer – Government. In this capacity, she will lead the company's government strategy, with a focus on developing and growing partnerships with government agencies throughout Australia.
Rowena Powell has over two decades of executive experience driving strategic growth and transformation in major global organisations. Her extensive background includes impactful outcomes within the public sector and leadership roles at FTSE 250 listed Serco and ASX listed Qantas.
Her strategic vision will be key to improving citizen experience by developing innovative, efficient and scalable service solutions that support and achieve government priorities.
