Melbourne, Australia – We are excited to announce another record-breaking outcome for the My Room Telethon 2025. On 25 September 2025, Probe Group, My Room Children’s Cancer Charity and Channel 9 joined forces for the sixth consecutive year to raise vital funds for life-changing programs for children fighting cancer.
Our team of 100 volunteers used their expertise in human-centric and digitally-enabled CX to manage 1,100 donation calls, providing a seamless experience for every contributor. By the end of the two-hour broadcast during the AFL Grand Final Footy Show on Channel 9, the event raised more than $6 million—beating last year’s total of $5.2 million.
"At My Room our mission is to fight childhood cancer with everything we’ve got. But we can’t do it alone. Partnerships like the one we have with Probe Group are absolutely critical to our success. They’re the team that quietly work behind the scenes, making sure donors are cared for and every interaction counts. The results this year speak for themselves, and we couldn’t be more grateful. A huge thank you to Probe Group, to our amazing volunteers, our partners, and of course, the generous donors who make it all possible."

This year’s achievement is a major milestone in Probe Group’s ongoing partnership with My Room. During the event, Probe Group showed our commitment to the cause by donating an additional $20,000. This was on top of our annual contribution of providing a secure and fully operational call center to support the thousands of generous people who called in to donate.
Our partnership with My Room focuses on making a tangible impact. These results are a testament to the power of collaboration and the generosity of our community, our people and our partners. We are incredibly proud of our volunteers who gave their time to support this cause. Their passion helped us achieve something truly special. This record amount will make a profound difference for families facing cancer, providing them with support and hope when they need it most.
